Yes. Every plan includes a custom booking website at yourname.groomerzu.com, live and bookable the moment you set up your account. Connecting your own domain is coming soon on the Pro and Studio plans.
Can I import my existing client list?
Absolutely. Upload a CSV and your clients, pets, and contact details are in Groomerzu in minutes. We'll also help you migrate if your list is more complex.
How do reminders work?
Groomerzu sends automated SMS and email reminders 48 hours and 2 hours before each appointment, in your studio's name, plus a confirmation email the moment a client books online. You can see every message that went out in your notification log.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. Groomerzu is a flat monthly subscription. Online payments go directly to your Stripe account — we take zero percent.
What if I have multiple groomers or locations?
Every plan supports staff with their own availability and calendars: one groomer on Starter, up to five on Pro, unlimited on Studio. Multi-location support, advanced reporting and API access are included with Studio.
