We saw a problem worth solving.
Pet groomers — some of the most skilled, hardworking small business owners we know — were managing their businesses with Facebook Messenger, paper appointment books, and handwritten client cards.
Meanwhile, the "solutions" marketed to them were either clunky legacy tools built for veterinary practices, or bloated salon software packed with features they'd never use.
We set out to build something different: a platform that's genuinely purpose-built for pet grooming, with every feature shaped around how grooming businesses actually work.
