Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Is there a per-appointment or per-client fee?
No. All plans include unlimited clients and appointments. Your monthly price never changes based on how busy you are.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, billed through Stripe.
What happens after the free trial?
After your 14-day trial, pick a plan to keep going. If you have not chosen one yet, your account switches to read-only until you do; nothing is deleted, and your clients, pets and appointment history stay exactly as you left them.
Do you take a commission on payments I collect?
Never. Payments go directly to your Stripe account. Groomerzu's fee is your monthly subscription only.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Every plan can export clients, pets, appointments and invoices as CSV files from your workspace settings at any time.
